I had similar problems with 8.1 Pro clients when connecting to PPTP and IPSec Windows server hosted VPNs, and it may not be your issue, but I had to turn off the Automatic negotiation (assuming you're using the Windows VPN client) and specify the type, encryption, etc. matching what I was accepting on the Windows server side.

Peut aussi signifier, que le numéro de téléphone p8,35 ou 8,35 est faux . Erreur 678 (voir aussi Erreur 619) Erreur 678 sous Windows 98SE et Windows ME et que les leds USB et ADSL sont allumées !
J'obtiens l'erreur 720 lors de la tentative de connexion au vpn. Je pense qu'il y a un lien mais ne suis pas sĂ»r : le service "routage et accĂšs distant" ne veut pas dĂ©marrer (sans aucun message lors de la tentative).
